Jimmy Morrissey
CEO
Jimmy brings extensive experience in security operations, leadership and organizational management to his role as CEO for KMSC Security. Prior to KMSC, Jimmy was Head of Security for Cookies Retail/TRP which brings direct cannabis security & FL OMMU regulatory cannabis experience to KMSC and its clients. Throughout his career, Jimmy has developed a reputation for hands-on leadership, operational accountability and building effective teams helping provide the foundation for his leadership at KMSC Security. As CEO, Jimmy is focused on growth, professionalism, reliability and high standards of service that is expected from KMSC Security personnel.
Jay Schimming
VP of Event
Jay provides operational excellence overseeing all our officers. Providing direct leadership and training to continually meet the high standards that KMSC Security prides themselves on.
Jill Clement
COO
Jill brings a strong foundation of leadership, discipline, organization and operational management to KMSC. As a US Marine Corps Veteran, Jill carries the values of accountability, integrity, teamwork and commitment of excellence into her leadership. She oversees the company's day to day business operations working closely with KMSC leadership, clients and security officers to ensure every assignment is planned, then executed with precision and professionalism.
