We collect only what you type into our inquiry form: your name, email address, phone number, an optional company name, the service you selected, and your message. We also record which page you submitted the form from, so we know which service generated the enquiry.

We do not require an account, and this website does not process payments.

This website is a marketing and inquiry layer. It is not an applicant-record system. Please do not submit Social Security numbers, dates of birth, consumer or background reports, drug-test results, or fingerprint records through this site.

We do not store fingerprint images or fingerprint-based criminal-history results on this website. Under Florida Department of Law Enforcement rules, the results of a fingerprint-based criminal history record check are sent to the requesting agency or entity — not to the Live Scan service provider and not to the individual being fingerprinted.

Where a service requires sensitive information, we collect it through the appropriate screening or enrollment workflow instead.

We use your details to respond to your inquiry, to provide the service you asked about, and to keep a record of the request. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

We use a small number of vendors to run this website: a hosting provider, a database provider that stores inquiry submissions, and an email provider that delivers our notification and confirmation messages. These vendors process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

Our forms use automated spam protection, which may include a challenge from Cloudflare Turnstile and short-term rate limiting based on your IP address. This is used solely to block automated abuse.

This website does not send marketing or notification text messages, and we do not collect your phone number for a texting program. We use the phone number you provide only to return your call about the request you submitted.

We keep inquiry records for as long as needed to respond to you and to maintain ordinary business records. You may ask us to delete your inquiry at any time using the contact details above.

This website is intended for adults conducting business with KMSC. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
