KMSC is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. A notary public witnesses signatures and verifies identity; a notary cannot draft your document, explain its legal effect, or advise you whether to sign it.

Security services reduce risk; they do not eliminate it. KMSC does not represent or warrant that any security service will prevent theft, loss, injury, property damage, or any other incident. Nothing on this site is a guarantee of regulatory compliance, insurance savings, hiring outcomes, or a particular screening result.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KMSC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Liability for services actually performed is governed by the written agreement covering those services, not by this page.

Do not submit Social Security numbers, dates of birth, consumer or background reports, drug-test results, or fingerprint records through this website. Do not use our forms for unlawful purposes, or to send automated, bulk or abusive submissions.
